    1. Thank you for saying that. I would love to hear memories of your father and Beckett!
      Beckett died the same year I was born and so somewhere I believe in him as needing to write on through me.
      Will send your love to my parents.
      Also, funnily enough, I don't know if your son ever told you --
      I saw him at the ice cream shop where he was working in Port Jeff... He might not have known who I was, (I had to drop Lauren's name and probably my brother's) but his face was unmistakably a product of you.
      I'd say dark pits are good for something, growing root vegetables, and keeping earthworms fed, and foxes warm through winter. You'll come out. You'll come out through all of the writing and dreaming and hurting you're doing. Most importantly, you're in good company wherever you are.
